We couldn't be happier with our experience! We were hosting a large party this past weekend, and after my husband injured his knee, and my work schedule, we simply didn't have time to get the yard cleaned up. I reached out to Fresh Paws the day before our event, and they were incredibly responsive and able to fit us into their schedule right away. The communication was excellent from start to finish, the team was professional and friendly, and the yard looked spotless when they were done. The service completely took one more thing off our plate during a busy week. We were so impressed that we signed up for bi-weekly service on the spot. 1 Star I would not recommend this company. The level of professionalism was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, the attitude was rude and dismissive whenever concerns were raised, and it felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. The quality of work was equally frustrating. The job appeared rushed and incomplete, with obvious issues left behind that should have been addressed by any reputable service provider. Looking at the condition of my gate after service, it’s hard to believe any effort was made to leave the property in good condition. When I brought up my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or attempting to make things right, I was met with excuses and an unprofessional attitude. Paying customers deserve respect and quality service, and unfortunately I received neither. Save your money and look elsewhere if you expect reliability, professionalism, or attention to detail.
